Participants from World Bank–classified eligible countries**

* Student: Full-time undergraduate or master’s students. Proof of full-time student status is required.
  Volunteer: Please provide proof of current volunteer status with an organization related to Hospice Care or Public Health Palliative Care.
**Participants residing in the following eligible countries (Proof of residence is required): Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Federal Republic of Somalia, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Togo, Uganda and Yemen. 

The conference registration includes:

• Access to the conference from October 7–9, 2026.
• Admission to the Conference Welcome Party on October 7, 2026.
