Group Registration (10+ People):

Groups of 10 or more enjoy a 20% discount on registration fees (Gala Dinner excluded).
To claim your discount:

1. The group coordinator must email the Secretariat.
2. Provide the Full Name and Email of all members.
3. We will send a discount code to the coordinator once verified.

Refund Policy:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat (phpci2026@gmail.com). The request date will be determined by the date the email is received.

• On or before August 31, 2026: 100% full refund
• September 1, 2026 – September 15, 2026: 50% refund

• On or after September 16, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Special Circumstances: Refund requests due to visa rejection will be reviewed and discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Secretariat with relevant supporting documents.

Note: All approved refunds will be processed within one month after the conclusion of the conference.
