Call for Abstracts

The Scientific Committee cordially invites submission of abstracts for the 9th Public Health Palliative Care International Conference to be held from October 6th to 9th, New Taipei City, Taiwan.

Submission Categories

  • Workshops (Interactive sessions)
  • Symposia (Organized sessions with 3–5 speakers)
  • Abstracts (Oral, Poster, Arts & Exhibitions)

Workshop Proposal Submission Requirements (Submission Closed)

  • Maximum 500 words must include:
    1. Workshop title
    2. Facilitator(s)
    3. Target audience and maximum participants
    4. Learning objectives (3–5)
    5. Format and timetable (lecture + hands-on + discussion etc.)
    6. Required facilities/equipment
  • Please submit the proposal to the conference secretariat via phpci2026@gmail.com by March 31, 2026.

Symposium Proposal Submission Requirements (Submission Closed)

  • Maximum 600 words + 150-word short description must include:
    1. Symposium title
    2. Chair(s) and co-chair(s)
    3. List of speakers (3–5) with tentative talk titles
    4. Overall objectives and significance
    5. Short description (will appear in the program book)
  • Please submit the proposal to the conference secretariat via phpci2026@gmail.com by March 31, 2026.

Abstract Submission Requirements  (Abstract Submission Closes: June 15, 2026)

Structured Abstract

  • Applicable to original research, systematic literature reviews, clinical trials, meta-analyses, and more.
  • Maximum 300 words, must include the following five sections:Background/Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Key words (3–6) (It is recommended to bold the title of each section; the system will automatically enforce this format.)

Unstructured Abstract

  • Applicable to case reports, medical humanities, medical arts, medical education, qualitative research, film works, performing arts, photography exhibitions, etc.
  • Maximum 350 words, write in free paragraph style, but it must be clearly explained:
    1. The core concept or theme of the work/case;
    2. Creative/Research Methods or Clinical Background;
    3. Expected inspiration or educational significance for the participants;
    4. Key words (3–6)
