Arts & Exhibitions Preparation and Setup Instructions

• Display Space Allocation:
  Your exhibition space has been assigned based on your prior submission. (For those who did not select a preference, a table space has been automatically allocated for you.) Please prepare your materials according to your assigned format:
  
  Poster Board: One vertical poster board (100 cm W × 225 cm H, single-sided).  
  OR
  Table Space: One display table (180 cm L × 60 cm W). 
  海報板： 單面垂直海報板乙座（寬 100 公分 × 高 225 公分）或 桌面空間： 展示桌乙張（長 180 公分 × 寬 60 公分）。
• Setup Guidelines:
  (1) Please ensure your setup fits within the designated dimensions.
  (2) Assigned numbers will be placed on the poster boards and tables in numerical order. Please locate your paper number and set up your materials in the designated space.
  (3) For Poster Setup: Double-sided tape will be provided on-site. Please note that glue, tacks, or staples are strictly prohibited. 海報板展示：現場將提供雙面膠。請特別注意，嚴禁使用膠水、圖釘或訂書針。

 
Display Schedule

• Display Time: From October 7, 10:30 AM to October 9, 12:30 PM.
  展示時間：10月7日上午10:30起至10月9日中午12:30 止。
• Display Location: 2F Room Amour (幸福廳)
• Presenters are kindly requested to be present at their exhibition area during Coffee Break times to interact and engage with attendees.

Important Notes

• The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any loss of or damage to exhibition materials.
• Any exhibition materials remaining after the removal deadline (October 9, 15:00) will be removed and disposed of.
  凡於拆卸截止時間（10月9日下午15:00）後仍未自行取回的展覽品，將由大會統一拆除並予以清理廢棄。
